Ona je simbol zemlje i dio njene tradicije, ali je i odraz gurmanskog mentaliteta njenih stanovnika.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/UF3DZe\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/4181\/34572413291_494c8dab1b_z.jpg\" alt=\"Bosnian coffee\" width=\"640\" height=\"459\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bosna i Hercegovina\u00a0ima dugu tradiciju pijenja ovog napitka, koji je u na\u0161u zemlju stigao sa osmanskim uticajima sa Orijenta. Stoga se sa pravom mo\u017ee re\u0107i da je kafa jedan od bosanskih nacionalnih napitaka.<\/p>\n<div id=\"sigplus_2af0505e587941bc85d2e4a1f0951f25\" class=\"sigplus-gallery sigplus-left sigplus-clear\">\n<p>Priprema tradicionalne bosanske kafe po\u010dinje pr\u017eenjem zrna sirove kafe. Ispr\u017eeno zrno se melje u ru\u010dnom mlinu. Tek potom se u blago zagrijanu metalnu posudu koja se zove d\u017eezva stavlja fino samljevena kafa, na koju se dodaje zavrela voda. D\u017eezva se potom stavlja na vru\u0107u plo\u010du, promije\u0161a i \u010deka da se digne do vrha d\u017eezve, odnosno napravi finu pjenu. Kako bi talog (toz) pao na dno, dodaje se jo\u0161 nekoliko kapi vrele vode.<\/p>\n<p>Dno d\u017eezve mora biti \u0161ire, odnosno d\u017eezva se treba su\u017eavati prema vrhu.
